Con
la presente la Diving One intende spiegare all’utente la procedura che il nostro
booking adotta nella gestione delle prenotazioni dalla opzione alla conferma e le
sue regolamentazioni. Accedendo al sistema di booking on-line avrete modo di controllare le
disponibilità a bordo delle nostre imbarcazioni; se non siete utenti registrati
vi invitiamo a contattarci via email per potervi rilasciare opzioni o conferme sulle
date da voi scelte.
Al fine di svolgere un lavoro sinergico e senza fraintendimenti
Vi preghiamo di attenervi a quanto segue:
Booking Conditions
Our computer software is programmed to hold options as follows as follows:
- Up to 30 days before departure, your option will be valid for 7 days
- From 7-29 days before departure, your option will be held for 3 days
- Within 6 days of any departures options are not permitted , only final confirmations
subject to full cancellation fees with will be accepted;
1 day equals 24 hours and the software does not take into consideration any holidays
or week ends
Options can be renewed following the same procedures, but the system does not guarantee
the same cabin automatically
Departures are confirmed with a minimum of 4 double cabins occupied.
When your booking status changes to “confirmed” our administration will issue invoices
as follows:
- 30% deposit on confirmation
- 70% 30 days to be paid before departures
Embark and disembark could change. Any change in time will not affect itineraries
or number of dives. Any additional expenses of transfers will be held by the Organizer.
If for any reason is necessary to change the nominated vessel, the Tour Operator
Guarantees the same or better standard and identical itinerary.
Cancellation fees as follows:
- Over 30 days prior departure >> 30 %
- 29-18 days prior departure >> 50 %
- 17-10 days prior departure >> 80 %
- within 9 days prior departure >> NO refound
